This cooperation marks an important step in strengthening our cities economically, socially, and culturally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sister city agreement aims to promote collaboration between our cities in strategic areas such as sustainable development, cultural exchange, education, and tourism. This sister city relationship will not only foster a strong bond between our cities but also between our people, serving mutual benefit through joint projects and initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The protocol to be signed between Portim\u00e3o and Bayrakl\u0131 will symbolize a lasting friendship for the future. I am confident that through this cooperation, both cities will achieve significant progress on their path to development.
